Pressing of whole grapes. Base wine fermentation after storing the must for 20 to 25 days at a temperature of 12 to 15 °C in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Cellar for at least 12 months on the lees. Light pink color. Aroma of red fruits with predominance of cherry and notes of dried vegetables. The palate is soft, with good acidity and volume; Fresh and creamy with a long finish.
