Description

Manual harvest. Pressing of whole grapes with separation of the first fraction of the must. Fermentation of base wine after moneto storage for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 17 to 20 ° C in stainless steel tanks with cooling shirt. Minimum stage of 10 months at the dreaks. Medium intensity straw yellow color. Aroma to dry fruits, especially the nuts, from the long stage. Full, round and fresh, with good volume. "Mousse" soft and well integrated.
