Description

Manual harvest. Pressing of whole grapes with separation of the first fraction of the must. Fermentation of the cuvée after storing the must for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 17 to 20 °C in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Minimum stage of 10 months on the lees. Straw yellow color of medium intensity. Aroma of dried fruits, especially walnut zest, from the long aging period. Full, round and fresh, with good volume. "Mousse" soft and well integrated.
