Description

Manual harvest. Pressing of whole grapes with separation of the first fraction of the must. Fermentation of the cuvée after storing the must for 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 17 to 20 °C in stainless steel tanks with a cooling jacket. Minimum stage of 10 months on the lees. Lemon yellow color with luminous golden hues. Good presence of fruit, green apple and yellow peach and light toasted notes. Tropical aromas on the palate; almost perfect balance between freshness and vigour; Generous and elegant brioche notes, excellent structure and prolonged aftertaste. Fine and persistent bubble that culminates in a beautiful necklace.
