It presents a clear look, with a brilliant citrine color. It has a young and floral aroma, with well -defined primary aromas. Fine bubble and live acidity give it a certain longevity.
Vinification:
After a careful selection of grapes, these are vintage to small boxes that are transported to the cellar, where they are refrigerated in a cold chamber at 8-10ºC. They then undergo an additional selection on a carrier treadmill and low pressure pressing on a pneumatic press. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats for a period of 18 days the controlled temperature to be around 13ºC. After the alcoholic fermentation, the wine interned in stainless steel vats, with agitation of the thin-lengths until May 2007. The second bottle fermentation began in June 2007, with an internship until April 2008. Degorgement made in May 2008.
