Description

Golden in color and with a brilliant appearance, this Moscato presents a rich aroma, with abundant notes of orange and dried apricot, as well as some floral aromas such as roses and lime. Very complex, it later evolves into aromas of smoke and cocoa. On the palate, it is smooth and delicate with a well-balanced sweetness, fresh and elegant.

Winemaking:
The preparation of this wine begins in the vineyard where we select the best Moscatel grapes to be harvested at the ideal time. After receiving the grapes, fermentation begins, lasting about three days with intense skin maceration and a controlled temperature of 15-16ºC. Grape brandy is then added, interrupting fermentation in order to obtain a wine with a high alcohol content and residual sugars. Maceration, now in the presence of grape brandy, continues for 5-6 days at a low temperature. After pressing, the wines begin an aging process in oak vats for 4-5 years, where the integration with the brandy is completed. After aging, the wines are selected for the final blend to obtain a wine with an average age of 4 years.
