Description
Vinification:
The grapes are harvested by hand from different vineyards in Bairrada. The vineyards are fully controlled by us. Totally destemmed, fermented in tanks with very little extraction and long skin maceration.
Test results:
It has a bright and deep cherry color with a very present viscosity. Distinctive, elegant and fruity nose, with a typical hint of strawberry and plum, often with hints of licorice, slightly spicy (black pepper, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary,…). In the mouth it is fruity with a beautiful structure and an almost velvety texture with a very fresh and inviting aftertaste.
