Description
Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-picked from different vineyards in Bairrada. The vineyards are fully controlled by us. The wine is fully destemmed, fermented in tanks with very little extraction and long maceration on the skins.
Exam notes:
It has a bright, deep cherry color with a noticeable viscosity. The nose is distinct, elegant, and fruity, with typical hints of strawberry and plum, often with hints of licorice, and slightly spicy notes (black pepper, bay leaf, thyme, rosemary, etc.). On the palate, it is fruity with a beautiful structure and an almost velvety texture, with a very fresh and inviting finish.
