Flor de Sal Silver Branco

Flor de Sal Silver Branco is much more than a salt, it is an essence. A project developed by the fifth generation of Ervideira, where they express their identity in the creation of these wines. Two different brothers, but they complement each other, just like this Flor de Sal. Two varieties that result in much more than a wine: an essence.

The Antão Vaz and Gouveio varieties were chosen. These varieties are harvested separately and as soon as they arrive at the winery, they are pressed and begin fermentation in stainless steel tanks, inside the cold chamber, at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
