Description
Flor de Sal Silver red wine is much more than just salt; it's an essence. A project developed by the fifth generation of Ervideira winemakers, where they express their identity in the creation of these wines. Two different brothers, but who complement each other, just like this Flor de Sal. Two grape varieties that result in much more than a wine: in an essence.
The Antão Vaz and Gouveio grape varieties were chosen. These varieties are harvested separately and, as soon as they arrive at the winery, they are pressed and their fermentation begins in stainless steel vats, inside the cold chamber, at a temperature of 10ºC to 12ºC.
