Garnet color. Aromas of black plum and wild berries. On the palate it is elegant, structured and persistent.
Winemaking:
Destemming and crushing. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 24ºC followed by post-fermentation maceration for 15 days. Aging in new French oak barrels for 14 months.
