An attractive aromatic exuberance where notes of peach and white plum stand out, with more discreet hints of green apple and lemon, reflecting the importance of Arinto in the blend. On the palate, it has a smoky note and sparkling acidity that provides beautiful freshness and underlines the minerality of the Fonte Souto soils. The finish is smooth and very balanced.
