VINIFICATION: After skin contact and pressing, the cleared must fermented in new French oak barrels at 20ºC for 18 days.

AGING: After fermentation, the wine aged in barrels for 6 months with bâtonnage, which gave it great volume and complexity in aroma and flavor.

COLOR: Bright citrine yellow

AROMA: Rich in delicate white and yellow fruits that combine perfectly with the toasty notes from the barrel.

TASTING NOTES: On the palate, the minerality, freshness, and elegance of the white fruit flavors, along with the buttery and vanilla notes from the marriage with the wood, stand out. Overall, it shows remarkable volume and persistence with great potential for aging.

FINAL MOUTH: Very smooth, pleasant and long.
