It is an elegant and complex blended wine from Herdade do Freixo, created to demonstrate the aging potential of international and national grape varieties in the Alentejo terroir.

Even a year before the harvest and vinification, the grapes of the different varieties that make up the Family Collection were carefully selected and monitored according to the oenological objective. These grapes, harvested at their ideal stage of ripeness in 20 kg boxes, were vinified separately. The entire process was carried out by gravity into the fermentation tanks, and this took place over 20 days with prolonged maceration, giving this wine unique characteristics of ripe fruit. Its 14-month aging in new French oak gives it a great aromatic range and a remarkable balance throughout its long life. Bottle aging lasts for more than 14 months.
