Manual harvesting into 20 kg boxes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in traditional mills with foot treading. Aging for 12 months in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels. Notes of wild black fruits, notes of resin and damp soil, woody and floral aromas. Very soft tannins, very high acidity due to the alcohol content, well-integrated wood, black fruit (blueberries, blackberries), long, elegant and persistent finish with light vegetal notes. Great aging potential.
