Manual harvest for 20 kg boxes, fermentation with indigenous yeasts in traditional mills with foot. 12 -month internship in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels. Notes of wild black fruits, resin and moist soil notes, woody and floral aromas. Very soft tannins, very high acidity by alcohol content, well integrated wood, black fruit (blueberries, blackberries), long, elegant and persistent ending with slight vegetable notes. Great aging potential.
