Gin Mare

Gin Mare is produced in a small fishing village on the Costa Dorada in Spain, using native Mediterranean botanicals. Alongside the traditional juniper, bitter orange peel, Seville orange peel, lemon peel, cardamom, and coriander seeds, four less common ingredients are used: Arbequina olives, basil, rosemary, and thyme. The four "Mediterranean" botanicals immediately stand out in the aroma, with rosemary being particularly prominent. A lightness, created by the citrus and basil, with a hint of green olive, is evident. The rosemary is prominent on the palate, with a classic juniper nuance. For a perfect Gin and Tonic, Mediterranean ingredients are also used, such as a sprig of rosemary, basil leaf, and thyme. Truly a different gin.
