Citrine color. Excellent intensity and aromatic complexity reminiscent of floral aromas. Slight mineral notes that lend delicacy. Fine and balanced acidity that gives this wine a remarkable freshness. Its finish is long and elegant.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into plastic crates during the second week of August. Open vat vinification and fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 15°C for 20 days. Aged in 225-liter French oak barrels for 6 months.
