Citrine yellow color with greenish hues. A captivating aroma with floral expression and a light hint of citrus fruits. On the palate, its elegance seduces, where Atlantic freshness stands out in a captivating finish.
Winemaking:
Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Upon arrival, the grapes are completely destemmed, crushed, and then pressed. Cold settling for 2 days at 10ºC, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 16ºC. Aged in stainless steel on fine lees for 5 months.
