Description
This dark wine results in an unparalleled combination of ripe black fruit notes, well-integrated with balsamic and tobacco aromas resulting from its 24 months of aging in new French oak barrels.
Winemaking:
Following intensive monitoring of ripeness by our winemaking team, a manual selection was made throughout the harvest and subsequently carefully conditioned from the vineyard to the winery, where only the best bunches were chosen to be included in this blend. Fermentation takes place in small volumes, followed by completed malolactic fermentation, and it ages for 24 months in new French oak barrels. After this period, the wine was stabilized and filtered, followed by bottling and a subsequent 36 months of aging in the bottle.
