Vinification:
Manual vintage in boxes of 20 kg in September, 100% deceived, fermentation in stainless steel cups with controlled temperature at 24/26ºC for 7 days. Malolactic fermentation. 100% of the lot of 12 months in new barrels and third year of French oak.
TEST NOTES:
Closed red color with grenade strings. Intense and fresh floral aroma, in a very complex and balanced set. In the mouth it is delicate, fresh and very persistent. Rich notes of spices and florals, thin and elegant tannins, long and persistent ending.
We also suggest
