Grão Vasco Tinto is a light and elegant wine that combines the classic profile and flavor of Dão red wines with the enormous versatility for everyday consumption. Grão Vasco is a benchmark brand that offers the taste of authentic Portuguese wines.

Winemaking: After gentle destemming and crushing, the grapes were taken to pneumatic presses to separate the must from the skins. Properly protected from oxidation through the use of inert gases, the must was racked at low temperature for 24 hours to achieve the desired clarity. The different grape varieties used to make this wine were then vinified separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of around 16ºC for approximately 15 days. It was bottled immediately after a short maturation period of about 4 months in stainless steel tanks.

Exam notes:
It has a yellow citrus hue. It presents a fine aromatic intensity with notes of tropical, white, and citrus fruits. On the palate, the balance between lively acidity, freshness, and fine body stands out. The intensity of its flavor is again dominated by tropical fruits. It has a finely persistent finish.
