Description
Grand Vasco Tinto is a light and elegant wine that combines the classic profile and flavor of the red wines from the huge versatility of daily consumption. Grão Vasco is a reference brand that provides the taste of authentic Portuguese wines.
Vinification:
The deceival of the grapes was followed by soft crushing, with solids carried to stainless steel fermentation vats by gravity, with temperature and reassemblies automatically controlled. The fermentation lasted about 5 days, during which wine was subject to several reassembly to gently enhance the phenolic aromas and compounds of the films. After this process, it was sent to aging vats, and the solids were pressed in pneumatic presses to gently extract the wine contained in them. After malolactic fermentation, internship in stainless steel vats to traffic jam, which is made by steps to maintain the freshness of the lot, after which is in the bottle for variable periods before being marketed.
TEST NOTES:Grain Vasco Tinto is a very alive ruby red wine. The young and intense aroma with strawberries, blackberry and cherry, balsamic nuances and floral touches, make the wine very pleasant in an appetizer, but also accompanying a meal. It is a very smooth and greedy wine, with medium volume, round tannin and a harmonious and alive freshness.
