A very exuberant aroma with predominantly floral characteristics, lemon peel, a light vegetal note, and subtle hints of boxwood. Elegant with a very present acidity and a very fresh finish.
Winemaking:
Grapes from a single plot of 30-year-old vineyards, located in the north of the Cima Corgo region in a schist/granite transition area, at an altitude of 600m with predominantly southern exposure. Received without destemming, followed by pressing, clarification at 7ºC for 1 day. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at around 18ºC. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel vats with fine lees.
