Description
17 points Great Choices Wine
Aroma with notes of lemon and white flowers. Very fine and balanced on the palate with a very elegant finish.
Winemaking:
Received with total destemming followed by pressing, from which only the lagar must was used. Clarification at 7°C for 3 days. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at approximately 16°C. Aged for 5 months in stainless steel vats with bâtonnage.
