Bright, translucent ruby color, with the colheita year not allowing for excessive color extraction. Aroma of forest fruits, currant and black plum, enveloped in a blend led by vanilla. Notes of freshness, reminiscent of mint and pine, appear secondarily after aeration in a decanter .
Winemaking: Hand-harvested in 20kg boxes. Reception with total destemming. Fermentation conducted with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature, in order to obtain a slow fermentation with high extraction.
