Description
HO Branco 2020 is made from the selection of plots of the Viosinho, Arinto and Rabigato varieties. Grapes harvested by variety and plots into 20 kg boxes and stored in a cold room at 5/6ºC. After being destemmed, they are crushed. The must is pressed pneumatically (pneumatic press) and decanted until it reaches the necessary clarity. Fermented at a temperature between 14/16º C in stainless steel vats for 6 months, with the aim of enhancing the primary aromas.
Good citrus notes, with a strong presence of white fruit, green apple and pear, complementing each other in a light and attractive way. In the mouth it is fresh and with good volume, demonstrating balance between body and acidity that discreetly holds the whole together. In the end, it is very thin and long.
