Description

It adopts the designation "Disruptive" due to its irreverence and strong aromatic component, breaking with the discreet and harmonious character of the rest of the range.

Winemaking:
Total destemming, pressing and cold static settling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Aging on fine lees in stainless steel tanks until bottling.
