Description

Clear red color. Complex aroma with notes of forest fruits, slightly floral. On the palate it is strong, fresh and dry but elegant at the same time.

Winemaking:
Total destemming. Discharge into a fermentation tank with controlled temperature between 26ºC and 28ºC. Pressing and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Aging for 18 months in used French oak barrels until bottling.
