Description

Ruby in color, the aroma is characterized by fresh earth, with intense aromas of fresh fruit. The palate is rough, yet velvety and fresh.

Winemaking:
Harvesting at night, followed by fermentation in a stainless steel vat at a controlled temperature, followed by 20 months of aging in terracotta amphorae.
