Description
Intense ruby color, with notes of ripe black fruit, spices, and a light toasty aroma. On the palate, it is fruity, vegetal, with soft tannins and a fresh finish.
Winemaking:
Skin maceration for 12 hours, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25º and aging for 6 months in French oak barrels, 20% of which are new and 80% used, of 225 and 300 liters.
