Made using small-capacity lagares (traditional wine presses) with controlled temperatures and gravity-fed bleeding. The wine underwent minor, gentle adjustments and was subsequently aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels, followed by bottle aging.
Garnet in color, it presents a delicate aroma with ripe fruit notes. On the palate, it is fresh, persistent, and complex.
