Description

Carried out using small capacity presses, with controlled temperatures, gravity bleeding. The wine underwent minor, gentle interventions and was subsequently aged in stainless steel and French oak barrels, followed by aging in the bottle.

Garnet in color, it has a delicate aroma with ripe fruit notes. In the mouth, it is fresh, persistent and complex.
