Description

Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 16 and 18 °C. Stage in fine sludge for 6 months.

Ake-colored, it has an intense aroma of bananas and raspberries. In the mouth it turns out to be fresh, with a balanced acidity and an elegant finish.
