Description
Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperatures between 15 ° and 16 ° C. About 20% of the batch is fermented in barrels.
Stage in fine sludge for 9 months.
Lemon-yellow look, with a lush nose featuring intense notes of orange blossom, dill and meloa, subtly accompanied by nuances of exotic wood and moca. In the mouth it reveals some dryness, which gives it enormous gastronomic bent and enormous complexity.
