Description
Vinification:
Manual harvest, contact with the skin for 2 to 3 days in a clay press in order to increase freshness and minerality. Fermentation ends in stainless steel vats with 6 to 10 months of contact with fine lees. Spontaneous malolactic.
Test results:
Open ruby color due to little contact with the skin. Floral and red fruit notes, with a slight smoked/roasted aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant, with fine tannins.
