Description
Vinification:
Manual harvest, contact with the skin for 4 days in a clay press, thus increasing freshness and minerality. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats.
Test results:
Light color, notes of red fruits and smoked/roasted aroma. In the mouth it is fresh and elegant with fine tannins.
