Manual harvest, with fermentation and aging in stainless steel vats with temperature control (14ºC).
Test results:
This rosé has a salmon color, a discreet floral aroma, red fruits reminiscent of strawberries and minerality. Delicate style, with good texture and a very elegant freshness and acidity.
