Description
Herdade do Perú red wine is made from hand-harvested grapes and aged for 16 months in French oak. With a deep red color, it reveals notes of rockrose, blackberries, and blueberries on the nose, harmonizing with the wood. On the palate, it is intense and fresh, with firm tannins and an elegant profile that reflects the... terroir from the region, with hints of pine and woodland and a persistent finish.
The wines of Herdade do Perú are born in a unique territory, marked by the influence of the Arrábida mountain range and by rich, homogeneous soils. Produced in a carefully cultivated area, they reflect the strength of the vines and the deep ties that bind the family to this land. Aromatic and authentic, they are wines with their own identity and Portuguese soul.
