It has a ruby ​​tone with violet notes and is characterized by an intense aroma with red and black forest fruits, harmoniously combined with floral notes of wild shrubs. Its taste is rounded and has great wealth and volume, well -balanced acidity and elegant tannins. It has a long and complex ending.

Vinification: Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes suffered full defrost and were smoothly crushed, followed by fermentation and maceration by pumping in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28ºC for about 15 days. When the required organoleptic balance was reached, the free running juice was removed and the must was pressed gently. A wine of great quality and elegance, dominated by primary fruit notes, with great expression of local castes was achieved. After malo -fermentation, wine interned for about a year in used French and Caucasian oak barrels. The final mixture was prepared from a qualitative selection, performed through numerous tasting sessions and analyzes performed during this period, which made it possible to choose the best wines per barrel and variety. In order to preserve the highest quality, this wine has been bottled without cold stabilization, which can cause a warehouse during aging.
