A wine with an intense, complex, and appealing aroma. A blend of aromas that is, on the one hand, markedly fruity and, on the other, herbaceous. On the palate, it presents very well-integrated tannins and good acidity, resulting in an incredibly appetizing wine.

Winemaking:
Made from selected grapes from plots of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Syrah. The grapes were harvested at the optimum point of phenolic/aromatic ripeness. After destemming and gentle crushing, pre-fermentation maceration took place for 4 days to increase complexity. The wine fermented at 26ºC with gentle pump-overs to preserve the fruit and extract the soft tannins that provide vital balance. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
