A very attractive deep ruby color. On the nose, black forest fruits and tobacco leaf stand out. On the palate, it is a wine with great attack and volume. The tannins are well present but with excellent ripeness, vibrant acidity that makes the wine long and very gastronomic.
Winemaking:
The finest grapes of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional, and Petit Verdot were selected. After destemming, the berries are hand-picked before being crushed. 30% stems were added to the Alicante Bouschet to provide greater complexity and structure, and this continued throughout the fermentation process. Before fermentation in truncated conical stainless steel vats with a controlled temperature of 28ºC, maceration takes place at 10ºC for 3 days. After malolactic fermentation, the wine ages in 3,000-liter French oak barrels for 12 months. The final blend is made only with the best oak and ages in the bottle at a controlled temperature of 15ºC.
