Description
It has a deep, bright violet color. On the nose, classic notes of violets and bergamot stand out, enveloped by aromas of ripe black fruit, such as blackberry and blueberry. On the palate, it reveals an elegant structure with silky tannins, refreshing acidity, and a long, markedly floral finish.
A pure and vibrant interpretation of Alentejo Touriga Nacional, where floral exuberance merges with the characteristic mineral freshness of the Vidigueira slopes.
The grapes are harvested manually and meticulously selected. After total destemming and gentle crushing, fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks with prolonged maceration. The wine is partially aged in second and third-use French oak barrels to preserve the varietal identity of the grape variety.
