Vinification:
The grapes are manually selected at a selection table built for this purpose; Inoculation with selected yeasts; Fermentation and maceration in mills (open traditional mills); Finalization of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and 12 -month internship in new French oak barrels. The 23 best barrels of Syrah and Touriga Nacional were selected to create this blend.
