Description
Winemaking:
The grapes are hand-selected on a sorting table built for this purpose; inoculation with selected yeasts; fermentation and maceration in lagares (traditional open lagares); completion of alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels. The 23 best barrels of Syrah and Touriga Nacional were selected to create this blend.
Exam notes:
Deep, concentrated plum-red hues; complex and delicate aromas. Full-bodied, with an elegant profile and soft tannins.
