The wine has a golden green color. It has an exuberant aroma of tropical fruits. The flavor is rich in fruit, refined, elegant, and with a good balance of acidity. It is a fresh, elegant wine with good aromatic intensity.
Herdade dos Grous Branco is our classic representative, resulting from the fruit and terroir of the estate, standing out for its freshness and exuberance, with an intense aroma of tropical fruits. Created from the Antão Vaz, Arinto and Gouveio grape varieties, it was vinified at low temperatures in order to highlight the exuberance of each grape variety.
Manual selection on a sorting table.
Thermal shock upon receiving the grapes, resulting in a temperature of 10ºC.
Cold decantation for 2 days.
Inoculation with selected yeasts.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14ºC.
