Descrição
The wine has a golden green color. Exuberant aroma to tropical fruits. Flavor rich in fruit, thin, elegant and with good balance of acidity. It is a fresh wine, elegant and with good aromatic intensity.
Herdade dos Grous Branco is our classic representative, which results from the fruit and terroir of the Herdade, standing out for its freshness and exuberance, with an intense aroma to tropical fruits. Created from the Antão Vaz, Arinto and Gouveio castes, it was vinified at low temperatures to highlight the exuberance of each caste.
Manual selection at screening table.
Thermal shock at the grape reception to 10ºC.
Cold decantation for 2 days.
Inoculation with selected yeasts.
Fermentation in stainless steel vats at 14ºC.
