Description

White reserve represents the best expression of the terroir of our vineyards. Complex and confident, this is a wine to be enjoyed now and in the future.
Fruit aroma that suggests well -integrated peach and lime with vanilla notes from the wood where it fermented.

Flavor rich in fruit, mineral, fresh and with good mouth volume.

OenologyReception and winemaking of each caste individually. Manual grape selection. Deforest, thermal shock of grapes to 10ºC, pressing, cold decantation for 2 days, fermentation in new french oak barrels.

Golden green color. Aroma the peach and lime with toasted notes. Flavor rich in fruit and with great complexity.
