Ruby color, good aromatic depth, with notes of jam, blackberries, cocoa, in a complex and refined set. Concentrated and elegant in the mouth, with suggestions of quality toast that give it great harmony.

Winemaking:
Manual harvesting during the 2nd week of October. French oak barrel fermentation at a temperature of 25°C for 12 days, with subsequent maceration. Aging in 225 liter French oak barrels for 24 months. Bottled without filtration or stabilization so as not to affect the wine's potential for evolution, and is subject to creating a slight natural deposit during aging in the bottle.
