Description

Subject to consultation

Deep and highly concentrated color, good aromatic depth, with notes of jams, blackberries, cocoa, and olives, in a complex and refined blend. Quite concentrated and elegant on the palate, with hints of quality toasting that give it great harmony.

Winemaking:
Hand-harvested into plastic crates during the first week of October. Fermentation in French oak vats at 25°C for 12 days. Aged in new 225-liter French oak barrels for 24 months and in bottle for 12 months.
