Description
Vinification:
Fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels (40%). Drawing, following the classical method, in February. refermentation for 30 days at 14ºC. The first degorgo was performed in March.
Test results:
Straw yellow color. Very fine aroma, with notes of toast, citrus peel and yokes, buttery biscuits and toasted dried fruits. The palate is well balanced, fresh, creamy and persistent.
