Description
Vinification:
Refrigeration of the grapes for 24 hours and pressing of the whole grapes at 1 bar, using 55% of the potential must. Fermentation of the base wine in stainless steel vats and French oak barrels (40%). Drawing, following the classic method, in February 2011. Refermentation for 30 days at 14 ºC.
Straw yellow color. Very fine aroma, with notes of toast, peel and citrus fruit, butter biscuits and toasted dried fruit. In the mouth it is very balanced, fresh, creamy and persistent.
