Exam notes:
Clear appearance with a deep garnet color. Rich in aromas, it presents balsamic notes, black plums, and some chocolate. Perfect harmony between the wine and the barrel in which it aged, enhancing the aroma with hints of dried fruit and spices. The palate is very structured, full-bodied and complex, with a very long and persistent finish.
Produced from Alicante Bouschet and Syrah grapes, this wine is aged for 14 months in barrels, resulting in a very balanced red wine with great aromatic richness, highlighting balsamic notes, plums, blackberries, and some chocolate. On the palate, it is very full-bodied and structured, with present but smooth tannins. The finish is very long.
