Description
Winemaking:
Complete pickling. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controlled at 26/27ºC. Aged for 8 months in stainless steel vats.
Tasting notes:
Fruity and fresh aroma. Harmonious palate, fresh and mineral finish.
