Winemaking:
Complete destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, with temperature controlled at 26/27ºC. Partial aging in French oak barrels.

Exam notes:
Ruby color. Fruity aroma, with notes of red berries. Soft palate, balanced and smooth tannins. Long and persistent finish.
