Description
Ruby red wine. Fruity aroma, with cherry, black fruit, some jam, spices. Oak is present, in balance with the primary aromas. On the palate, it is structured and fresh, with polished tannins in perfect symbiosis with the aroma.
WINEMAKING
After careful selection of our best grapes, they are destemmed, crushed and placed in stainless steel vats where they undergo 24-hour cold maceration, alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts, and malolactic fermentation.
Once all the winemaking processes are complete, the wine ages for 6 months in French oak barrels.
